Dry Fried Drumeye

The fish is salted and marinated for 15 minutes for two years.

After marinating, coat both sides with starch evenly.

Add oil to the hot pan, add the fish with the egg mixture, fry until one side is browned and then turn it over. Remember to fry slowly on low heat so that the fish will not burn and cook.
