Dulong is a kind of eel belonging to the eel family Snakeeguidae with strong vitality. It has always been regarded as a nourishing sacred product by Chaoshan people. The most primitive way is to stew dulong with soybeans and bitter melon in a soup to maintain the original taste and flavor of the ingredients. Nutritional value, taste fresh but not greasy. I can't eat bitter gourd, so I only eat soybeans, boiled with bone broth, the sweet and refreshing dulong soup, so that our son who doesn't like to drink soup also shouts delicious.
