Durian Control's Favorite-durian Cup Cake

1. Roll the freeze-dried durian into powder and set aside;

2. Pour the freeze-dried durian powder into the milk and fully stir and rehydrate, add the separated egg yolk, 1/3 sugar, corn oil, low-gluten flour, and stir evenly to a smooth state;

3. Beat the separated three egg whites into foam, add 1/3 sugar, lemon juice, and 1/3 sugar in turn, until it becomes a rigid foam state;

4. Pour 1/3 of the whipped egg whites into the mixture in step 2, after stirring evenly, pour in the remaining egg whites, and stir up and down evenly;

5. Pour the mixed step 4 into the mold for 8 minutes, put it in the oven after preheating, and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. This step is controlled by the temperament of each oven;

6. After the cake is baked, you can decorate the cake according to your personal preference. I personally like the combination of cream and durian flavor.

Tips:

After the oven is baked, it can be stuffy in the oven for a while and then out of the oven. Do not decorate the cake when the temperature is high just after it is out of the oven.
