Easy Western Dinner ~~ Crispy Fried Fish Steak

Ingredients: frozen fish flour, breadcrumbs and eggs

Wash the fish, put a little salt on it and marinate for 5 minutes.

Put an appropriate amount of flour on the pan and coat with flour.

Beat one egg into a bowl, add chicken powder and stir to form egg mixture, and coat the fish with a layer of egg mixture.

Then wrap in a layer of bread crumbs. Lightly press the breadcrumbs on the fish. Put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes. (Prevent the bread crumbs from falling off during frying)

Heat up a pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and add the wrapped fish. (You don’t have to use too much oil, you can use frying)

Fry slowly on low heat, fry yellow on one side, then change to yellow on the other side.

Put the fried fish on the kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Finally, it is served with ketchup, mixed beans and milk syrup for personal preference.
