Egg Roll Machine Sandwich Seaweed

This is a sandwich material, you can also replace it with crushed nuts that you like.

Put white sugar, water and oyster sauce in a small bowl, sit in boiling water and stir until the sugar melts and becomes a viscous syrup.

Brush each piece of seaweed with syrup.

Sprinkle a piece of seaweed with cooked white sesame seeds or chopped nuts.

Cover the seaweed without sesame seeds on the seaweed with sesame seeds.

The preheating of the egg roll machine, I used the mid-range preheating, about 1 minute.

Cut 2 pieces of greased paper equal to the size of the baking tray, put a piece of greased paper on the seaweed sheet, and cover with another piece of greased paper (grease paper is essential!)

Put the lid on the egg roll machine, turn it to high grade, and bake for about 4 minutes.

Why oil paper is indispensable, just look at this picture: the gap between the upper and lower baking trays of the egg roll machine is small, the syrup will be pressed out by the defendant, and the lace-like thing on the oil paper is the pressed syrup. But it has been roasted and crispy, and it will come down after rubbing. The sandwich seaweed is ready.

Finally, briefly introduce the oven to make sandwich seaweed. The steps 1 to 6 are the same. Preheat the oven at 100°C, line the baking pan with greased paper, and cover with a piece of greased paper after placing the seaweed. .

The bottom layer of seaweed is relatively flat, and the top layer is a little crumpled. It is estimated that the flat plate on the top should be better when roasting.

The prepared sandwich seaweed is sealed and stored. If it is not brittle after being damp, you can rebake it with an egg roll machine (the oven is not preheated at 180°C for about 5 minutes).
Tips:
①It must be filled with greased paper! Otherwise the syrup will come out!
②Shuiyi can be replaced with maltose, but add a little water to make a viscous syrup like in the video.
③Open the lid to see if you smell the scent, continue grilling if you are not satisfied, and be careful not to over grill.
④ Adjust the temperature and time according to your own machine, pay attention to observation.
