Egg Sandwich

1. Cook the eggs with an egg cooker;

2. Soak in cold water for a while, so that the eggs can be easily shelled;

3. Cut the shelled eggs into small cubes;

4. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes;

5. Divide the almonds into two sides;

6. Put the prepared ingredients into a bowl and add a small pot of fresh cheese;

7. Stir evenly and set aside for later use;

8. Cut off the edges of two slices of bread;

9. Spread the freshly prepared filling evenly on a slice;

10. Cover the other piece and cut it along the diagonal in the middle;

11. Serve it.
