European Style Cranberry Biscuit

Prepare 60 grams of butter, 30 grams of eggs, 36 grams of dried cranberries, 123 grams of biscuit mix and 58 grams of powdered sugar.

Chop dried cranberries and set aside

Cut the butter into small cubes to soften it and add in powdered sugar and mix well

Add 30 grams of egg liquid in portions and mix well

Add biscuit mix and mix well

Add chopped dried cranberries

Stir well

Put the mixed batter into the mold covered with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

After freezing for half an hour, take it out and cut into even thick slices

Place in the baking tray, leaving some distance between each piece.

Put it into an oven preheated at 180°C and 150°C, and bake for about 15 minutes. You can see that the biscuits are all colored. Don't batter.
Tips:
Put it in the refrigerator to make it easier to cut.
Leave some gaps between each piece, as they will expand during baking.
