Farmer's Fried Chicken

Wash and chop the three yellow chicken into small pieces, add rice wine, soy sauce, and pepper, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes to taste. Add the marinated chicken to the starch and mix well. Cut the green pepper into small pieces, slice the ginger, peel the whole garlic and set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon of edible oil to the wok and cook until it is 50 or 60% hot. Add ginger slices, garlic granules, and dried chilies, and stir-fry them over low heat to create a fragrant aroma.
Then add the marinated chicken and stir fry for a while until the chicken is discolored and the surface is slightly browned.

Cook the rice wine to get rid of the smell, add the spicy fragrant pot seasoning sauce, oyster sauce and white sugar and stir well.
After the chicken is fully colored, add a small bowl of hot water to the half of the chicken. After boiling, turn the heat to a low heat to collect the thick soup.

Finally, add the cut green peppers and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Using commercially available spicy hot pot seasoning is a relatively easy way to make the chicken have a complex spicy aroma and a special flavor. Of course, you can also use other spicy sauces to season, just choose according to your own taste and convenience.
