Father's Day Cake
1.
Wash the strawberries, take 3 diced, and cut the rest in half. Use a ball digger to dig out small balls for the honeydew, and dice the remaining corners.
2.
Slice the cake into 2 slices.
3.
Beat the whipped cream and sugar until 9 to distribute. (I use animal cream, which needs to be beaten with sugar. If it is vegetable cream, just whip it directly, because it already contains sugar.)
4.
Take a slice of cake and spread it with thin cream and sprinkle with diced fruit.
5.
Cover with another piece of cake and press lightly.
6.
Pour in the right amount of cream and smooth it out.
7.
Use 2 large kitchen knives to move the cake to the cake tray. (Try to use the existing equipment at home, you don’t need to lose too many things.)
8.
Whip the remaining cream until hard again, add 1 drop of purple pigment, mix well, put it into a piping bag, squeeze a circle pattern on the side of the cake, put fruit and marshmallows for decoration, and write "Happy Father's Day" with pectin "That's it.
9.
Writing for the first time, ugly. I have never dared to write on the cake before, for fear that it will affect the appearance. In fact, it is not difficult to write, and more practice should be better.
