Fish Head Tough Tofu with Hemp Seed Chopped Pepper

The ingredients are ready.

Marinate the fish head with cooking wine, salt and ginger slices.

Put the lettuce on the bottom of the steamed dish and top with ginger slices.

The tofu slices are on the ginger slices.

Put oil in the pot and sauté ginger, minced garlic and hemp seeds until fragrant.

Put the sauteed ginger, minced garlic, hemp seeds and seasoning together and mix well. You can also put some rock sugar in it.

Put the fish head in the container.

Spread the sauce evenly on the fish head.

Steam the steamer for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
I placed lettuce before steaming the fish, but it was not beautiful afterwards, so I placed it again. It is recommended to put it on the plate after steaming.
