A picture to be baked, the step picture is lost! 1. Boil potatoes in brine for 20 minutes. Drain the water and grind after cooling. 2. Mix the water, honey, and yeast in a small bowl and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Mix potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, flour and corn flour in a large bowl. Add the previously mixed yeast and olive oil and mix well. Sprinkle flour on the cutting board, pour out the dough and knead for 8 minutes. Spread oil in a bowl, put in the dough and cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Here comes a picture of the oven, and the deliciousness fills the kitchen. 4. Prepare tomato sauce: add oil to the pot and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for about a minute. Don't wait for it to change color, then pour in the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and stir occasionally. Fry for 10-15 minutes, turn off the heat and stir. 5. Preheat the oven to 200°C, and line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the dough and spread out into a rectangle. Poke the noodle socket with your finger. Brush the edges of the dough with honey, stuff the olives into the surface of the dough, smear with tomato sauce, spread goat cheese and thyme and drizzle with oil.
