French Soup

Prepare the materials and cut all kinds of materials into palatable pieces for later use.

Stir-fry the meat over medium heat with oil to change its color.

The vegetables are fried in carrots first, and then fried in the pot according to their hardness until they are broken.

Bring water to a boil on high heat, skim off the oil, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through, turn off the heat.

Add the flavour block and mix until it is completely melted, add the broccoli for garnish, simmer for 3 or 5 minutes, depending on the situation, and cook until thick.

Put in the milk powder and stir it evenly. I use instant milk powder. You can also mix it up with a small amount of water before putting it. Depending on the situation, simmer on low heat until it is viscous.
Tips:
Milk powder can also be replaced by milk. With 200cc of milk, the relative reduction in water volume is reduced from 1400 to 1200cc. The procedure is the same as that of milk powder, at the end. In fact, milk is orthodox, and there is no more at home that day.
