It’s the corn-producing season, eat a fresh tortilla, it’s beautiful."

Fresh Tortillas

1. Peel and wash fresh corn. Take corn kernels. It can be cut with a knife.

2. Put it in a food processor, add two eggs, and break them into a paste.

3. Add appropriate amount of sugar and a small amount of glutinous rice flour. Because it is sticky, you can also leave it alone. It feels more delicious if you add one.

4. Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a small amount of oil, and pour a spoonful of corn paste into it.

5. One side is branded, and then the other side is turned over. It's almost done when it's all colored.

6. That's it!

Tips:

You can add chopped green onion and salt to make it salty and more flavorful. If it is not sticky, add a small amount of glutinous rice flour or flour. There is no need to add water when making corn paste.
