Fried Chicken Breast with Handmade Pasta

Marinate the chicken breast, milk, thyme, salt and pepper for 30 minutes

Finely chop the French incense, onion and garlic

Heat the pan with oil, fry the marinated chicken breasts until golden on both sides, set aside

Go to the soup pot and add water and some salt. After the water is boiled, add the handmade basil pasta for a minute and remove it.

Heat up another pot and add oil, add the chopped seasonings and fry until fragrant, add butter and bring to a boil

Add the noodles cooked before, season with salt and black pepper, and collect the juice

Serve with pasta and chicken breast
