Fried Chicken Skewers
1.
My family has never bought semi-finished chicken skewers. This is the chicken skewers my father brought back from Shandong. The cousin’s food factory produced them. He is the person in charge. I am relatively comfortable with this skewers. The meat skewers have been marinated and eaten as they are cooked. It can be eaten in an oven or microwave. I fried it.
2.
The original skewers are relatively long, and it takes more oil to fry. I cut off one skewers and turned them into two small skewers, a bit like toothpicks
3.
Fill the pan with oil and heat it up. The temperature of the oil is about 50% hot. I don't need a lot of oil. I put the meat skewers in a larger fence and then deep-fried it in the oil pan. In this way, the meat skewers are not easy to stick to the bottom, will not be fried, and it is more convenient to fish out. Use medium heat when frying. If the heat is too high, the surface will be battered and the inside will not be cooked.
4.
Fry until the surface of the chicken skewers is golden and set, you can fish it out
5.
Use kitchen paper to absorb excess fat and eat it. The chicken itself is tender, and it becomes more tender after marinating, which is quite a favorite for children.
Tips:
It’s not good to eat more fried foods. Fortunately, my family rarely buys fried foods for takeout, and I don’t usually eat them at home. If you mind frying, you can use the microwave or oven. If you mind, just buy your own meat for skewers. If you mind chicken meat anymore, then stop 😂😂😂
