Fried Egg Buns

Cut an overnight steamed bun in the refrigerator into thicker slices

Whisk the eggs evenly, add salt, white pepper, chicken essence (optional), or add some five-spice powder (optional), and beat evenly.
Wrap the steamed buns with egg liquid, because steamed buns are very absorbent, so you need 2 to 3 eggs, maybe more

Add proper amount of oil to the pot and turn to low heat after heating

Just fry the steamed buns on both sides to make them golden

The soft breakfast is ready
