Fried Noodles with Egg Skin

Boil the noodles in a boiling pot.

Over the cold river.

Cut the cabbage into thick strips and wash.

Stir-fry softly and serve for later use.

Beat the eggs and fry them in a pan into thin egg skins. Cut into small strips for later use.

Heat the oil pan and saute the shacha sauce.
7.
Stir in the noodles and stir well.
8.
Add cabbage and stir fry.
9.
Add egg skins and stir-fry with soy sauce and stir well.
10.
Served with milk is my breakfast.
