Fried Pig Intestine with Sauerkraut

Wash the sauerkraut separately, soak for 5 minutes.

Chopped clean sauerkraut.

Wash the garlic sprouts and millet peppers and cut them into sections.

Put oil in the pan, and fry the millet pepper and garlic sprouts in the pan.

Pour the sauerkraut and stir fry for two minutes.
6.
Then pour in the braised pig intestines and stir fry for one minute.
Tips:
The sauerkraut has sand to be washed carefully. The braised pig intestine itself is salty, as is the sauerkraut, so there is no need to add salt.
