Fried Placenta

Choose a healthy maternal placenta
2.
Spread the placenta and wash it
3.
Remove the umbilical cord and fetal membranes, open all blood vessels on the placenta with scissors, and wash them thoroughly.

Put the cleaned placenta in a pot and blanch it with water to remove the fishy smell.
5.
Put the blanched placenta into the pot
6.
Put oil in the pot to heat up
7.
Add aniseed and green onion and ginger until fragrant
8.
Pour in the cut placenta and continue to fry
9.
Add green peppers and stir well
10.
Stir-fry for a while, pour in cooking wine, and stir-fry for a few more times to get out of the pot.
