Fried Pork

Slice the meat strips. This meat slice is bought off-the-shelf, and you can eat it when you go home and process it.

Heat the wok and drain the oil

Add the meat slices and stir fry

Add the soy sauce and stir-fry twice. It's really two times. The meat strips themselves are cooked, and the soy sauce will burn easily.

Turn off the heat and put on the plate
