Kimchi fried rice is one of my favorite staple foods. It is really annoying that I have to use a bowl of egg to increase the workload of washing dishes every time I fried rice. So I changed to dried tofu. The taste is also good!

Ingredients

1. Cut small pieces of kimchi with scissors

2. Dice the dried tofu, and chop all the green onions

3. Pour oil in a hot pan, stir fry the kimchi and dried tofu together

4. You can add rice in a little stir-fry (remember to stir-fry with leftover rice)

5. Stir fry and add a little salt (or kimchi juice) to taste

6. Finally turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips:

No matter what kind of fried rice, it is recommended to eat overnight, at least if it is cold rice
