Fried Rice with Dried Tofu and Kimchi

Cut small pieces of kimchi with scissors

Dice the dried tofu, and chop all the green onions
3.
Pour oil in a hot pan, stir fry the kimchi and dried tofu together
4.
You can add rice in a little stir-fry (remember to stir-fry with leftover rice)
5.
Stir fry and add a little salt (or kimchi juice) to taste
6.
Finally turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
No matter what kind of fried rice, it is recommended to eat overnight, at least if it is cold rice
