The delicacy I introduced to you today is fried rice. Don’t look at it as fried rice. I believe that none of the ninety adults have eaten this kind of fried rice. If you don’t believe it, just take a look. It is delicious and loved by your family.

Fried Rice with Sea Oysters

1. Clean the fresh sea oyster yellow and add two teaspoons of sweet potato flour and mix well;

2. Prepare other ingredients: It is best to use leftover rice, beat two eggs into a bowl, and wash the garlic sprouts;

3. Cut the garlic sprouts into cubes;

4. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok;

5. After the oil is heated, put the sea oyster yellow in a pot and stir fry a few times;

6. Pour the beaten egg liquid into the pot in a circle;

7. Stir fry a few times;

8. Put the rice in the pot;

9. Stir-fry the ingredients on low heat, let the rice grains spread out, and mix well with other ingredients;

10. Put the garlic sprouts in the pot;

11. Stir-fry for a few times and add light soy sauce according to your taste;

12. Stir the light soy sauce and rice well;

Tips:

1. The rice is best served overnight, so that the fried rice will be loose and not sticky;

2. Sweet potato powder is added to the sea oyster yellow, so that the oyster yellow will not leak out when it is fried, and the umami taste will be locked.
