Fried Spiral Noodles
1.
The ingredients are ready. There is only spiral noodles at home, so I use it instead. For home cooking, it’s not all there is to eat.
2.
Chop the onion first, and the knife for cutting the onion should be sharp enough, otherwise you will have to cry while cutting, and wearing sunglasses will not help.
3.
Add a little oil to a pot under cold water for the spiral noodles and cook for 8 minutes on high heat. The added oil can prevent the spiral noodles from sticking. This step is also very important.
4.
After 8 minutes, take out the spiral noodles and take a look. There is only a little white in the center. The noodles that are 8 minutes old will not be lumpy when they are fried later.
5.
In a separate pot, add oil to the pot, add chopped onions and stir fry until soft.
6.
When the chopped onion becomes soft, turn to low heat, pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. After you see all the colors, you can proceed to the next step.
7.
Pour half a bowl of water into the pot, turn to high heat and bring it to a boil, try the saltiness.
8.
Pour the spiral noodles into the pot, stir-fry evenly, so that the spiral noodles are covered with sauce, then pour in the clam sauce and stir-fry. When the sauce starts to thicken, it is ready to be out of the pan!
