Fried Sweet Kueh

Here is a picture of sweet kueh that has just been steamed before worshiping God.

Worship the sweet kuih with a knife and slice it for later use.

Knock two eggs (one is double yellow) into a bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons of flour.

Stir the eggs and flour into a batter. The batter is thicker.

The sweet kuih is evenly covered with egg liquid.

Put the oil in the hot pan and put the sweet kuih dipped in egg mixture, and fry slowly.

Fry it on one side and turn it over on the other side and fry it until the sweet kueh is pressed and soft.

Finished product.
