Fried Sweet Kuih with Egg

A piece of sweet kueh.

Cut the sweet kuih into thin slices. Thin slices are easier to fry.

Stir 2 eggs well.
4.
Wrap the sweet kueh slices with egg mixture.

The sweet kuih slices coated with egg mixture are fried in a frying pan over medium-low heat. (The fire can't be big, the eggs are easy to burn)
6.
Turn it over several times and fry the sweet kueh slices to soften.
