Fried Water Chestnut with Celery

Ingredients: fresh water chestnut, celery, a little wolfberry Seasoning: salt, water starch, chicken powder, green onion and ginger slices

Wash the celery and cut into diamond-shaped slices; remove the water chestnut from the shell; soak the wolfberry in warm water for 5 minutes.

Put the pot on the fire, boil the water, add the water chestnut, cook and remove the skin for use.
