Salads are popular at all times, and the Spring Festival table is also indispensable. In the past, salads were basically made with a combination of fruits. Choose the fruits you like, wash them, cut them into pieces and put them in a container, add some salad dressing and mix well to enjoy. Fast and delicious.
In order to make the salad more pleasing to the eye and the table to be more attractive, the salad was made this time with two adjustments.
The first is the selection of salad ingredients: cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are added. The finished product is very good, the color is more beautiful, the taste is richer, the nutrition is more comprehensive, and the effect is more.
Secondly, the container of this salad is unique: the skin of the melon left over from eating watermelon is slightly trimmed to hold the salad, which is novel and beautiful.
Although the level of melon skin lace rest is average, it is enough to make this delicious dish even more attractive. The family dining table was decorated in spring.

Ingredients

Fruit and Vegetable Salad

1. Wash the watermelon rind and cut out the lace for use

2. Wash the oranges, water chestnuts, and cucumbers

9. Add the salad dressing and stir evenly into the melon skin bowl and enjoy
