Fruit Sandwich

The pineapple is about 8 cm in diameter, 10 cm in length, peeled, and cut into 3 mm thick slices with a length and width of not less than 6 cm

Adjust the salt water, 2 liters of mineral water bottle with one and a half caps of salt, soak the processed pineapple for about 20 minutes to remove the sourness (the pineapple in the pineapple variety does not need to be soaked and can be eaten directly)

Peel a piece of sand or crispy apple with a diameter of about 8 to 10 cm. (Don't choose the one with hard taste, sour taste, and too much water)

Cut two or three millimeters thick and six centimeters or more in diameter,

1.5 cm thick rye bread slices (other toast or whole wheat bread slices can be used)

The rye bread slices I bought are thick, so they are divided in half (the ones with a thickness of less than 1 cm don't need to be treated like this), put in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake for two or three minutes. A toaster can also be used, and the frying in the pan is reduced for one to twenty seconds. (Personally, I suggest using an oven, which can make the skin brittle, but will not appear black on the skin)

Because the bread I bought is 6✕10 cm in size, I cut it in half and processed it into 6✕5 for easy consumption.

Top with thick yogurt (use yogurt instead of salad dressing, which is more nutritious and healthy, and yogurt can also help gastrointestinal motility and weight loss), and the dosage is according to your preference

Tips:
1. The bread is baked or fried to make the skin crisp and the high temperature makes the aroma of wheat stronger.
2. Use homemade thick yogurt instead of salad dressing, which is more nutritious and healthy, and it also helps the stomach and weight loss.
3. Pineapple has more moisture, so choose apples with less moisture.
4. The slices of bread should not be too thick, which will affect the taste and eating. They are too big, so I cut them into small portions.
