Full of Fillings-bacon Sausage Pizza
1.
The ready-made PIZZA cake base is a good stuff, suitable for lazy people and MM who is not very good at making noodles, and it is available in general bakery. Buy some and put them in the refrigerator. When you want to eat them, take them out and thaw them in advance, but the taste is definitely worse than the fresh ones. If you want to eat more delicious ones, you can refer to Junzhi's recipe.
2.
Cut the bacon into small pieces, slice the grilled sausage into thin slices, and cut the cooked beef into small cubes. These things can be added according to personal preference, if you like meat, you can put more, and if you don't like it, you can add more fruits and vegetables.
3.
Cut green and red peppers into small cubes, onion into onion rings (diced also), slice round mushrooms, defrost corn kernels and green beans in advance (bought in supermarket bags).
4.
Mozzarella cheese is shredded. This is the most critical ingredient of PIZZA. It does not matter if the other raw materials are less and more. The cheese must be sufficient to make the flavor strong. McCormick’s pizza sauce is also readily available (it turns out that the taste is average, so it’s better to use tomato sauce)
5.
Put a little butter in the pan, fry the bacon and the sausage in turn, so that the bacon will not be too oily and the sausage will taste more fragrant. Stir-fry beef cubes in the pan.
6.
Place them separately so that they can be added later.
7.
Stir all the vegetables in the pot one by one, add a little salt to taste. Note: Mushrooms are prone to water, fry them to avoid too wet fillings; onions should not be fry for too long, just stir fry.
8.
Coat the bottom of the cake with pizza sauce, brush the edges with cooking oil, and evenly sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
9.
Spread the bacon evenly, then sprinkle with corn and green peas.
10.
Spread onion rings and green and red peppers evenly, and then sprinkle with cheese.
11.
Sprinkle beef cubes and round mushroom slices, and finally put a layer of grilled sausage, and then evenly sprinkle a layer of cheese. Sprinkle pizza grass evenly to increase the fragrance.
12.
Heat up and down at 200 degrees, put it into the middle of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes. Take out (the temperature of each oven is different, you have to observe by yourself, and the color of the bottom of the cake is yellow). Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and brush the edges with cooking oil to prevent it from drying out.
13.
Bake it in the oven for another 5 minutes and it will be out. The filling is absolutely rich and the edges have emerged.
14.
Just cut it with a roller knife, it's definitely better than the outside pizza!
Tips:
1. Mozzarella cheese can be bought in bakery shops. Only this kind of cheese can be shredded. Nothing else works. Some supermarkets also sell it. I bought it in 500g. When I came back, it was thawed and shredded. 100g was packed in portions and then frozen in the refrigerator. When needed, you can take it out in advance and thaw it.
2. Although the ready-made pizza base is convenient and easy to handle, it is relatively dry and has a short edge. As I put so many fillings, almost all of them will fall off. Pay attention when stacking layers of fillings on top! Spread a layer of cheese on top of the filling so that more silk can be pulled out. Note: Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese 5 minutes before baking, this is very important!
3. I baked it in the lower layer of the oven for the last 5 minutes, which caused the crust to be a bit too crispy, a bit dry, and turned into a crispy bottom pizza. It is better to bake it in the middle layer.
