Prepare the ingredients for the medium type dough

Mix all the ingredients, knead well, put in a basin and ferment at room temperature with plastic wrap

The dough is doubled

Put all the ingredients in the flour, cut the medium dough into small pieces and put them together. After kneading until it becomes a dough, add butter and stir until it is smooth and filmy.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment for 30 minutes. The dough will grow to twice its original size.

Then take out the dough and knead it well, expel the air inside. Divide the dough evenly into 8 parts, round them, put them in the mold, and carry out the second fermentation

Finally, the fermentation is over, the surface is brushed with egg liquid, and the surface is sprinkled with black sesame seeds.

Put it in a preheated oven, in the middle of 170℃, heat up and down, about 17 minutes until the color.
Tips:
1. The time and temperature should be determined according to the temper of your own oven;
2. Knead the dough to the expansion stage.
