Garlic Beet Moss

Soak the beet moss in baking soda water for 15 minutes, wash and remove, break into sections for later use, and cut the head in half with a knife for easy ripening.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the beet moss and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about two minutes, the beet moss will change color.
4.
Add a spoonful of minced garlic.
5.
Drizzle a spoonful of light soy sauce.
6.
Stir the garlic and light soy sauce with the vegetable moss and turn off the heat.
