Garlic Dried Radish

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Cut the dried radish into thin slices for better operation in the next step.

3. After cutting into thin slices, put it in a basin for use. If you have time, soak it in water for half an hour. If you don’t have time, wash the radishes a few more times when they are dry. Squeeze the radishes while washing, and squeeze the salty taste. Don't drop it too salty, but don't wash it too lightly, otherwise the fried dried radish doesn't taste and tastes good.

4. Put the broken garlic into the food processor, and use the garlic peeler to peel off the outer skin of the garlic.

5. Pick out the garlic.

6. Rinse the peeled garlic with water and pick it out.

7. Drain the washed garlic, put the garlic into the food processor and break it, and press the sanding function for 10 seconds.

8. Put the soaked dried radishes into a food processor and crush them, and press the sanding function for 10 seconds.

9. Pour edible oil into the pot, pour the minced garlic, stir-fry the minced garlic over a low heat, and fry until a little bit of yellowing.

10. Then pour in the shredded dried radishes, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and stir-fry the dried radishes evenly over a medium-to-low heat. I fry for about 8 minutes.

11. Finally, add sesame oil and stir-fry evenly to get out.
