Garlic Kelp Shreds

This is fresh kelp, the color is brown;

Don't need to wash, just boil it in the boiling water pot, it will turn green as soon as it is put in;

After it turns green completely, remove and rinse;

After cooling slightly, cut off the kelp stalks and cut them all into filaments;

Cut kelp stalks can not be eaten at a time, put them into fresh-keeping bags, store them in the refrigerator, and take them as you eat;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add garlic and stir fry when the oil is hot to create a fragrance;

Add kelp stalks and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a while, season with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and you can start the pan.
Tips:
The kelp processed by myself has no additives, so you can eat it at ease. The processed kelp is packaged separately and placed in the refrigerator to freeze.
