Garlic Kelp Shreds

1. This is fresh kelp, the color is brown;

2. Don't need to wash, just boil it in the boiling water pot, it will turn green as soon as it is put in;

3. After it turns green completely, remove and rinse;

4. After cooling slightly, cut off the kelp stalks and cut them all into filaments;

5. Cut kelp stalks can not be eaten at a time, put them into fresh-keeping bags, store them in the refrigerator, and take them as you eat;

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add garlic and stir fry when the oil is hot to create a fragrance;
