Garlic Missi

A handful of Missi is about 500 grams, remove the old stems, and wash them. One clove of garlic, chop into puree.

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic and sauté.
3.
Pour in misiwang, stir fry, and add some salt.
4.
Missi can be served on the plate. I think Missy has its own unique umami flavor, so no other condiments are added.
