Garlic Shrimp Haired Noodles

Prepare materials.

Peel the garlic and chop it into fine pieces.

Preheat the wok, pour olive oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Slowly sauté over low heat until some of the garlic turns yellow slightly.

Add the shrimp and stir fry to get the fragrance.

Add part of the chopped nepeta, mix evenly, turn off the heat and set aside.

After boiling the boiling pot, add the pasta. The classic straight noodles need to be cooked for about 10 minutes, and the Angel series hairy noodles only need to cook for about 4 minutes. I think it’s better to cook for 3 minutes.
