Girly Heart Cocktail
1.
Put the RIO cocktail in the refrigerator overnight, or freeze for 3 hours.
2.
Use a juicer to squeeze the watermelon out of juice.
3.
Heat the watermelon juice to about 40 degrees and add strawberry pudding powder.
4.
After stirring evenly, pour it into a square-shaped fresh-keeping box and refrigerate until solidified. The watermelon pudding is after solidification.
5.
Dip some water into the mouth of the cocktail glass, and roll it around on the white sugar to make the mouth of the glass stick to the sugar.
6.
Cut the watermelon pudding into chunks and place in the bottom of the cup.
7.
Fill the watermelon pudding with ice cubes.
8.
Pour the peach-flavored RIO cocktail slowly into the glass along the back of the spoon.
Tips:
1. Gelatine can also be used instead of pudding powder. The pudding powder contains sugar and watermelon juice is also very sweet, so don't add sugar.
2. When pouring the cocktail at the end, use the back of the spoon to buffer the flow rate, so that the shape below will not be messed up.
