Gluten Braised Skinned Beef

Ingredients: 400 grams of skinned beef, 4 gluten, ginger, spring onion, oil, salt, and some light sugar.

Put some salt in a hot oil pan and sauté the ginger onions.

Fry the peeled beef until 2 sides are slightly yellow.

Tips:
Note: Don't put too much salt, put some light soy sauce before the pot, to make the fish taste more fresh.
