Glutinous Rice and Lotus Root Slices

Wash the lotus root, peel it, cut off small pieces at one end, save it for later use, wash the glutinous rice, put it in a container, and set aside.

Then put the glutinous rice in the lotus root hole, not too full to prevent it from overflowing after steaming, and then plug a small piece of lotus root that was cut off, seal it with a toothpick, and then put the other lotus root in the same way as above.

Then put the lotus root filled with glutinous rice in an electric pressure cooker, touch the lotus root with the water, press the tendons, and steam it.

After an hour, it's ready, out of the pot, cool slightly, cut into pieces, eat with sugar, sweet and waxy, fried chicken is delicious.
