Glutinous Rice and Sugar Lotus Root

Choose fat, fresh lotus roots

Soak glutinous rice for 2 hours

Drain the glutinous rice water, stuff it into the lotus root, and use a thin stick while stuffing it to prevent empty eyes

Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours, add rock sugar halfway
