Glutinous Rice and Sugar Lotus Root

1. Choose fat, fresh lotus roots

2. Soak glutinous rice for 2 hours

3. Drain the glutinous rice water, stuff it into the lotus root, and use a thin stick while stuffing it to prevent empty eyes

4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours, add rock sugar halfway
