Prepare a pot of water, boil the bubbles, and cook the noodles until they are done.

Take advantage of the free time during noodle cooking, put chopped green onion, pour light soy sauce, drip sesame oil, and sprinkle black pepper in a bowl.
Be careful not to pour too much soy sauce, it will be very salty if you pour too much, even if you don't put salt!
According to personal preference, it does not matter if you put a little more chopped green onion and pepper, but for taste and health considerations, it is best to control the amount of soy sauce and sesame oil.

After the noodles are cooked, pour a small bowl of noodle soup and pour the sauce through. Take the noodles out of the pot and put them in the prepared soup and stir.
