Granola (granola) Cereal
1.
Combine brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract and salt in a large bowl and stir well
2.
After adding the butter, heat on low heat until the syrup is completely melted
3.
Completely melted syrup, set aside for later use
4.
After washing the raw oats, stir-fry the moisture with a small fire
5.
Pour the oatmeal and chopped almonds into the melted syrup and stir
6.
Sprinkle in the cooked oatmeal and continue to stir to coat the oats and nuts evenly
7.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Coat an extra portion of vegetable oil on the baking pan, pour the ingredients mixed in step 2 on the baking pan, spread out and spread it out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out the baking tray two or three times during baking to break up the caked oatmeal on the baking tray.
8.
After 15 minutes, add rye bran to the oatmeal and mix well. Continue to bake for 10 minutes.
9.
Stir the cranberries and raisins with a small amount of water, set aside
10.
Add the mixed dried fruit to the oatmeal, stir well, continue to bake for 10 minutes, until the oatmeal turns golden brown
Tips:
Adding a lot of honey to the finished product will become sticky and may stick to the baking tray after cooling.
This can be done: When the oatmeal is still warm, place the oatmeal on greased paper. After the oatmeal cools down completely, put the large pieces of oatmeal into a fresh-keeping bag and crush it, or crush it with a heavy object.
