Green Wort Red Bean Bread
1.
Green wort is made from 70 grams of green wheat and added with water to squeeze the juice. Take the required amount of green wort and pour it into a bread bucket, and pour salt, sugar, and eggs into the bread bucket. For the sugar, I used the powdered sugar sifted out of the sugar ginger slices. Can use sugar instead
2.
Then add the bread flour and yeast powder
3.
Stir for a few minutes, there is no dry noodles, pause the bread machine for about 5 minutes, add olive oil, this is the post-oil method, so that the effect of the film will be better and faster
4.
Then start the kneading program and knead the dough to the expansion stage,
5.
You can pull out the glove membrane
6.
Then it is kept and fermented to 2 times the size.
7.
I don’t like the sweet red beans that are steamed in advance, so I use sugar-free red beans. If you like sweet ones, you can add honey red beans.
8.
The fermented dough is vented and divided into 3 doses, and the drawer is covered for 10 minutes.
9.
Then roll out the red beans and roll them up
10.
The ACAGT400 is on the stage. The function key is rotated to the fermentation function. The temperature control of the fermentation function key is adjustable from 30 to 60 degrees, and the time is from fermented rice wine to yogurt and defrosting. Today, I chose a temperature of 38 degrees suitable for bread fermentation, and the time is set for 1 hour.
11.
The surface was brushed with water and then covered with sesame seeds. I rolled the sesame seeds slightly to make it more fragrant.
12.
Put the bread in, and pour a small bowl of water into the bottom baking tray, so as to ensure the humidity during the fermentation process and not make the surface of the bread dry. It actually took 45 minutes to ferment. The time button can be adjusted at any time during the work process, which is very user-friendly.
13.
The fermented bread is taken out and cut. The mouth should be cut to reveal the red beans so that they won’t split easily when roasting
14.
Just put the bread in, press the time button lightly, the bread will begin to bake, and it will be ready in 18 minutes. Because it is the first time I used it, I set it a bit longer when I started to set the time, so I just set the required time next time. The time can be accurate to 1 minute, which is great!
15.
The oven selects the upper and lower baking heating air cycle, the temperature is 180 degrees, and then press the function key, the oven will automatically enter the preheating function, and the alarm will be issued after the preheating is completed.

For the baked bread, my top cut on the right was too shallow, and it burst out on the side. Must be thorough.
