Griddle Fried Rice with Double Diced Basil-mini Dried Tomatoes (1)

Cold white rice. Speckled zucchini> diced (0.3 to 0.5 cm). Homemade mini dried tomatoes> Use scissors to cut the dried tomatoes into four pieces (divide into two for later use). Red basil> half of the serving size, cut into pieces (scissors are fine). Chanterelles. Minced garlic> Divide into two portions and set aside.

Heat oil (olive oil (or cooking oil)) in a spare cold pan over a low heat, then add minced garlic (first portion) and dried tomatoes (first portion).
