Grilled Guiyu🐠

1. Wash the fish and dry it with absorbent paper.

3. Deep-fried fish with domestic hot oil. If you are used to eating crispy, you can deep-fry it for a while. The fire should not be too high to avoid scorching.

4. After the fish is fried, put it in a baking tray, sprinkle with cumin powder, smear an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tips:

This style is non-spicy. If you are used to spicy food, you can add dried chili + pickled pepper + bean paste when cooking.
After frying the fish, the fish will not loosen up. It is healthier to not fry and bake.
