Grilled Pork Ribs with Butter Sauce and Tomato Sauce
1.
Thaw the frozen pork ribs and immerse them in water, add 1 tsp of salt, stir for a few times and soak for about 20 minutes. When the time is up, remove and drain;
2.
Stir in a pot without oil;
3.
Stir the ribs until fragrant;
4.
Put the base oil, add 6-8 slices of ginger, stir fragrant;
5.
Put about 1/2 cup of clean water, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1+1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1+1/2 tbsp brown sugar powder, 1 tbsp tomato juice, and soy sauce 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, stir a few times;
6.
Taste the taste after the high heat until the juice is thick, add 1 tbsp of water and 1/2 tsp of corn starch mixed with starch water, turn it over evenly, and put it on the pan. Enjoy!
Tips:
You don't need to add oil when cooking the ribs, because the ribs themselves have a little fat.
