Grits Rake

I used 2 catties of grits powder.

Take half of the grits powder and mix them with boiling water and divide them into 4 small groups.

Make a hollow head with a hollow in the middle.

Squeeze the head into a hollow dumpling shape.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add 4 hollow grits dumplings. Put the lid on and boil, open the lid and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until it floats on the water.

The fat and lean pork is chopped into froth. You can add some light soy sauce. Add the other half of the dry powder and mix well.

Add the cooked 4 grits dough to the dry powder, add salt, I put 2 tablespoons of oil, mix well and knead into a dough.

It can be kneaded into a dough or cake, and steamed in a steamer for about 25 minutes.
