Handmade Noodles with Seafood, Mushrooms and Shrimps

Add two grams of salt to two hundred grams of flour, add an appropriate amount of water to form a dough

Knead the dough to make the noodles. It’s better to have a harder texture. Cover the lid and wake up the noodles and start processing other ingredients.

Dispose of the shrimp, peel off the shell of the shrimp, don't throw it away. You will need to use the back of the shrimp to pick out the shrimp thread and the bottom of the belly. Take care to remove it

This is the shrimp head and shrimp shell. Clean it and make the soup for a while. I like the clear soup, so I wash off the shrimp paste that likes the red soup. Don’t wash off the cooked soup. The color of the soup is red.
