Handmade Yogurt Powder to Make Greek Yogurt (homemade Yogurt)

Pour cold boiled water and yogurt powder into the inner cup and shake well; add boiled water into the yogurt maker, submerge the top of the red or green inner tray; put the inner cup mixed with yogurt powder in, cover the lid of the yogurt maker, and ferment 12 hour. I use an unplugged yogurt maker. If I have a plugged-in yogurt maker at home, I exchange the yogurt powder and put it in the yogurt maker, plug it in and ferment for 10-12 hours.

The prepared yogurt is sugar-free, add honey and mix well,

Then pour it into the yogurt filter, put it in the refrigerator, filter for a few hours, let the whey separate out, and the yogurt becomes a semi-solid state. The filtered yogurt is poured on the cutting board.
