Cut the ready-made enema skewers into slices with a thickness of 5 mm for use.

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it until it smokes. Spread the enema slices into the pan until the bottom is purple. Turn the slices over. Tips:
In the second step, once the enema slice turns black, press it lightly with a frying spatula to ensure that it is not burnt or soft. Don't fry too much to avoid frying. You can also add vinegar to the garlic juice according to your preference. This snack is a famous snack in Anyang, Henan.
