Homemade Hot Dry Noodles

Copy the bean sprouts in the water for later use, chop the coriander and shallots, add sesame oil to the sesame paste, stir in warm water and stir to make it thinner, peanuts, fried pickles and chop them for later use.

Cook noodle.

Pour boiled water in a large basin and let the noodles cool. After they are cooked, pass the cold boiled water and remove them.

The noodles after the cold boiled water. Take it out and mix it with some sesame oil.

Pour in sesame sauce, salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce. Pickled vegetables, peanuts, bean sprouts. Stir well.
